Hariku – Personal Use License Agreement

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY:
This License governs your use of the “Hariku” application (“the Software”) starting from its official public release (version 1.0.0 and later). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.
1. LICENSE GRANT
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This Software is intended to support personal productivity, automation, and task organization on individual systems.
2. SCOPE OF USE
This license does not permit commercial, institutional, or redistributable use without prior written permission. You may use the Software on multiple devices under your personal control.
If you wish to deploy Hariku in an organization, school, or company setting, please contact support@novarealm.cloud to discuss commercial or enterprise licensing terms.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software.
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
- Distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Software to others.
- Use the Software in connection with commercial services or offerings.
- Interfere with license protections or remove proprietary notices.
4. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software and its components are the sole property of Inflinity (the developer), and are protected under international copyright laws. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
5. FEEDBACK AND IMPROVEMENTS
You are encouraged to submit feedback or suggestions via the built-in feedback mechanism. All submissions are voluntary and may be used by the developer to improve the Software without obligation or compensation.
6. DATA PRIVACY & COMMUNICATION
Hariku does not collect or transmit personal or sensitive data unless explicitly provided by the user via feedback forms or opt-in settings. 7. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you violate any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.
8. NO WARRANTY
This Software is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. The developer makes no guarantees about its performance, fitness for a specific purpose, or reliability under all conditions. Use of the Software is at your own risk.
